Sauté Base: In a small pan, cook onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
Blend: Transfer sautéed onion/garlic, bananas, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and paprika into the Ninja Foodi Power Mixer. Blend until smooth.
Simmer: Pour mixture back into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Cool and Store: Let cool, then transfer to a clean jar. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
