Instructions
- For center dip:
Air fryer at 150°C for 10 minutes, 1 clove of garlic with oil in a container.
Smash the garlic and combine all other ingredients as listed above for the center dip. Then set it aside.
- For Filling:
Chop the sausage into about 1 and a half-inch pieces. Total of 26pcs.
Bake in the air fryer pro at 150°C for 5 minutes. Then set it aside.
- Dough
Activate Yeast (Bowl 1):
Combine sugar, yeast, and warm milk in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Dry Ingredients (Bowl 2):
In a separate bowl, mix 400 g of flour and salt.
Mix Dough (Part 1):
Add half of the flour mixture to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Mix in the vanilla, half the butter, and the egg.
Mix Dough (Part 2):
Add the remaining flour mixture and the rest of the butter and egg. Stir until a rough dough forms.
Knead & Rest:
Knead the dough using an extra 50 g of flour until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut & Shape:
Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Make sure 1 dough is a little bigger than the other. Roll each dough into a flat circle like pizza dough. The first dough is 1 inch bigger than the other.
On one parchment paper, place the bigger pizza dough first, then place the prepared center mixed dip in the middle. Then cover using the smaller pizza dough.
Cut both doughs into semi-triangular shapes.
- Filling:
Fill in all the cut triangular-shaped doughs with sausages.
- Prepare Air Fryer:
Place the parchment paper together with the dough inside.
- Cook:
Bake in an air fryer at 150°C for 15 minutes. Let it rest inside the fryer for 3 minutes afterward.
- Finish:
Place finished product on a plate, brush top with melted butter, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, and enjoy!
