Instructions
- Mix all your sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Slice your tofu into ½ inch-thick logs and set aside.
- Score the flesh part of your pork belly. ½ inch deep and around 1 inch apart.
- Combine salt and white pepper and rub on the flesh part of your pork belly.
- Poke holes all over the skin of your pork belly and brush it with vinegar. Cover with kosher/sea salt.
- Place the pork in 1 compartment of your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer. Brush the tofu in neutral oil and place it in the other compartment.
- Air fry at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the tofu becomes golden brown and crispy
- Once the tofu is cooked, remove it and set it aside.
- Scrape the salt layer off the pork belly and brush the skin with neutral oil. Air fry at
- 400°F for another 30 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy
- Serve the Tofu and Pork Belly together alongside the dipping sauce.
