Prep the Chocolate Mixture
- Melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave (about 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds) until smooth.
Make the Batter
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add flour and salt, mix gently.
- Fold in the melted chocolate mixture until just combined.
Prepare Molds
- Lightly grease 3–4 ramekins or silicone molds with oil spray.
- Pour batter evenly into each mold (fill about ¾ full).
Air Fry
- Place molds in one zone of the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 8 minutes.
- For gooey centers: 7–8 minutes.
- For firmer centers: 9–10 minutes.
Serve
- Let cakes rest for 1–2 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges, invert onto a plate.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, or fresh berries.
BONUS TIP: For a more Pinoy taste:
- Use Goya or Ricoa chocolate for a local twist.
- Silicone molds work great and are easier to unmold.
- Add a pinch of instant coffee to deepen the chocolate flavor.
