AIR FRYED TILAPIA WITH MANGO SALSA

Make crispy, flaky tilapia in minutes with the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer. This recipe uses seasonings you can easily find for a healthy meal!

Ingredients

  • 2–4 tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat: the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer to 390°F.

Season the fish: Brush fillets lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly on both sides.

Load the baskets: Place fillets in each zone basket. Spray the basket lightly with oil to prevent sticking.

Cook: Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Plate with lemon wedges or a quick side salad. (mango salsa).
