INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/4 cup of Kale
  • 1/2 cup of Spinach (Substitute: Protein Powder)
  • 1/2sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup of Fruit of your Choice (Recommended: blueberry, blackberry, mango. Substitute: Any fruit of your choice)
  • A scoop of Yogurt (Recommended: Greek Yogurt. Substitute: Yogurt of choice, Almond Milk, Oat Milk)

 INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Toss all the ingredients to your Ninja Blast portable blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
