Make the Cookie Dough
- Mix butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and heat-treated flour. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then roll into small balls or chunks.
Prepare Ice Cream Base
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, half-and-half, sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour into the Ninja Creami pint container. Seal and freeze for 24 hours.
Process in Ninja Creami
- After freezing, install the pint into the Ninja Creami.
- Select the Ice Cream function.
- Once done, use the Mix-In function to add cookie dough chunks.
Serve & Store
- Scoop and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
BONUS TIP: For a more Pinoy taste:
- Substitute half-and-half with Alaska Crema or Nestlé All-Purpose Cream + milk.
- Use Choco Chips from local baking stores or chop up Goya chocolate bars.
