PEACH MANGO PIE SORBET

Ingredients

● 1 cup of canned peaches, diced
● 1 cup ripe mango, diced
● ½ cup peach syrup (what it was canned with)
● ½ cup simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar
dissolved in water)
● 2 slices Japanese milk bread, hand torn

Instructions

Combine your peaches, mango, and
both syrups in your Ninja Creami tub.
Freeze for 24 hours.
Slice off the crust of your Japanese
milk bread before tearing into
random chunks.
Toast your bread until golden brown
and crispy.
When ready to churn, insert your tub
into your Ninja Creami ice maker for home.
Press the “Sorbet” option.
Scoop into bowls and top with your
toasted bread “pie crust”.
