● 1 egg yolk
● 1 cup olive oil
● ½ clove garlic
● ¼ cup pinakurat vinegar
● ½ tsp mustard
● salt and pepper to taste
● paprika to taste

Instructions

  • Place your egg yolk, garlic, pinakurat, and mustard into your Ninja Blast portable blender.
  • Slowly blend your ingredients while introducing your olive oil into the mix via the top portion of your Ninja Blast. A slow and steady stream is best.
  • Stop when you reach a mayonnaise-like consistency.
