- In a bowl, combine half your garlic powder, mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill. Whisk together and season with salt and pepper. Set aside in your ref
- Boil your marble potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain when done
- Using a heavy mug or can, smash your marble potatoes until around ¼ inch thick. This works better while the potatoes are still a bit warm
- Combine the butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and brush your potatoes all around
- Place them in your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer and Air Fry at 350 deg F for 30 minutes or until crispy.
- Cool down and toss in your dressing
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve
