  • 20-25 pcs marble potatoes
  • ¼ cup melted, unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsps olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Chopped scallions for garnish

  1. In a bowl, combine half your garlic powder, mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill. Whisk together and season with salt and pepper. Set aside in your ref
  2. Boil your marble potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain when done
  3. Using a heavy mug or can, smash your marble potatoes until around ¼ inch thick. This works better while the potatoes are still a bit warm
  4. Combine the butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and brush your potatoes all around
  5. Place them in your Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer and Air Fry at 350 deg F for 30 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Cool down and toss in your dressing
  7. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve
