AIR FRIED CHOCO BERRY OATMEAL BARS

- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 150°C for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare Banana Mixture: In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg and honey to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Stir in the oats until fully mixed. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to allow the oats to slightly absorb moisture.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in the chocolate chips and diced strawberries gently. (You can also reserve a few to press on top for presentation.)
- Prepare Pans: Lightly grease or line the aluminum pans. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
- Bake: Place pans in the Ninja Air Fryer Pro basket one by one. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool: Let cool in the pans for 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
