AIR FRIED CHOCO BERRY OATMEAL BARS

A healthy take on dessert: Create your yummy air-fried choco berry oatmeal bars with the help of the Ninja Air Fryer Pro. Enjoy without the sugar guilt!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 Tsp Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 30g chocolate chips or chunks
  • 5pcs fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 150°C for about 3 minutes. 
  • Prepare Banana Mixture:  In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth but slightly chunky. 
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg and honey to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined. 
  • Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Stir in the oats until fully mixed. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to allow the oats to slightly absorb moisture. 
  • Add Mix-ins: Fold in the chocolate chips and diced strawberries gently. (You can also reserve a few to press on top for presentation.) 
  • Prepare Pans: Lightly grease or line the aluminum pans. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans. 
  • Bake: Place pans in the Ninja Air Fryer Pro basket one by one. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. 
  • Cool: Let cool in the pans for 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
