Air Fry Fish: Marinate the bangus with half of your lemon/calamansi juice and 1 tbsp of Knorr seasoning. Place it in the CRISPi glass bowl and Air Fry for 10 minutes.
Flake the Fish: Let it cool slightly, then separate the meat into bite-sized pieces (discard the head and skin).
Mix & Bake: Put the fish meat back into the glass bowl. Add the garlic, onions, butter, oyster sauce, remaining juice, remaining 2 tbsp of Knorr seasoning, 1 tbsp liver spread, and at least 1 tbsp of mayo. Stir everything together.
Air Fry (Final crisp): Air Fry for another 10 minutes.
Finish: Give it a final stir, then mix in the chopped chili and an extra spoonful of mayo before serving.
