CRISPi CHOCO OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients

First Bowl

  • ¾ C brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 C unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Second Bowl

  • 2 ¾ C all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Add On

  • 1 C chocolate chips

Others

  • Parchment paper
  • Pinch of salt for freshly baked cookies later

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated.  
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.  
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Avoid overmixing.  
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.  
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into individual balls.  
  • Place the dough balls on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for 1–3 hours.  
  • Preheat the Ninja CRISPi, use the Air Fryer function. Bake for 10 minutes with a crisper plate or until the edges are set and lightly golden.  
  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle a pinch of salt over each cookie.  
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.
