Cook Pork: Place diced pork belly in the Ninja CRISPi portable glass air fryer. Air crisp at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sauté Aromatics: In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Combine: Add crispy pork, soy sauce, calamansi juice, chili, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Finish: Stir in mayonnaise for a creamy texture (optional).
Serve: Plate hot, topped with extra chili or calamansi slices. Traditionally served sizzling, but this simplified version is quick and flavorful.
