LONGGANISA AND KESONG PUTI EGG WRAP

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pcs skinless longganissa (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
  • ½ pack kesong puti (chopped into small cubes)
  • 3 large eggs (beaten in a bowl)
  • 1 large tortilla wrapper (or 2 to 3 small ones)

Instructions

Air Fry Meat: Place your chopped longganissa pieces into the CRISPi glass air fryer container. Air Fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Once cooked, temporarily remove the longganissa from the bowl.

Layer the Base: Lay your tortilla wrapper flat across the bottom of the same glass bowl.

Assemble: Scatter the cooked longganissa and half of your kesong puti cubes over the tortilla, then pour the beaten eggs evenly over everything.

Roast (Stage 1): Roast for 4 minutes. Open the unit and give the eggs a quick stir to check how evenly they are setting.

Roast (Stage 2): Roast for another 5 minutes, until the eggs reach a fluffy, fully cooked texture.

Finish: Scatter the remaining kesong puti cubes on top right before serving.
