Prepare Gulaman: Dissolve gulaman powder in 2 cups of water, add sugar, and cook until firm. Chill and cut into small cubes.
Mix base: In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cold water or fruit juice. Stir well.
Add gulaman: Fold in gulaman cubes and nata de coco for added texture.
Process in Ninja SLUSHi: Pour mixture into Ninja SLUSHi and churn until smooth, icy slush forms.
Serve: Pour into glasses, garnish with extra gulaman cubes, and enjoy immediately.
