Prepare base: In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, coconut milk, condensed milk, and pandan extract until smooth.
Add mix-ins: Fold in diced pandan gulaman and shredded buko.
Freeze: Pour mixture into Ninja CREAMi pint, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
Process: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja CREAMi, select the ICE CREAM function, and process until creamy.
Serve: Scoop into bowls, garnish with extra pandan jelly or coconut strips, and enjoy.
