Prepare base: In a bowl, whisk together milk, cream, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Chill: Pour mixture into Ninja CREAMi pint and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Creamify: Place pint into Ninja CREAMi and run the Ice Cream function until smooth.
Mix-ins: Add beans, nata de coco, kaong, ube halaya, leche flan, and gulaman cubes. Use the Mix-In function to fold them in.
Serve: Scoop into bowls, sprinkle with toasted pinipig, and enjoy immediately.
