Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe chico fruit (peeled, deseeded, mashed)
  • 1 cup carabao’s milk or fresh cow’s milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare fruit: Peel and deseed ripe chico fruits, then mash until smooth.

Mix base: Combine mashed chico, carabao’s milk, condensed milk, cream, and vanilla in a bowl.

Freeze: Pour mixture into Ninja CREAMi pint container and freeze for at least 12 hours.

Process: Place frozen pint in Ninja CREAMi and run the Ice Cream function until smooth.

Serve: Scoop into bowls and enjoy creamy, fruity chico ice cream.
