CHOCO AND HAZELNUT MOUSSE DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup melted coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • (if available) 2 dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • (if available) toasted hazelnut
  • a pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add the coconut cream, cashew milk, dates, vanilla paste, hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, and sea salt to your Ninja Blast portable blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  • In a bowl, melt together the coconut milk and dark chocolate. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the hazelnut chocolate mixture, and top with melted chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, and sea salt flakes. 
  • Chill for at least 3 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
