- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- spinach
- 1 serving non-whey chocolate protein powder
- a pinch of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all your ingredients to your Ninja Blast and blend until you achieve your desired smoothness.
