Instructions
- Mix your mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, paprika, salt, and pepper, and set aside. This will be your burger dressing.
- Form your ground beef into approximately 220g balls.
- Heat up your Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill to 300 deg F.
- Brush the insides of your burger buns and lightly toast them on the grill. Set aside once golden brown.
- Bring up your temperature to 350 deg f and start placing your ground beef balls on the grill. Space them out evenly and start smashing them down with a spatula to your desired thickness. For this recipe, ½ inch is good.
- Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Once your patties form a crust on one side, you can flip them over.
- Season again with salt and pepper and place your cheese on top of the patties. Close the lid of your grill for the cheese to melt.
- To assemble your burger, stack them accordingly:
-Bottom bun
-Burger Dressing
-Lettuce
-Burger Pattie with Cheese
-Pickles
-Tomatoes
-Onions
-Your top bun smeared with more Burger Dressing - Serve with your desired sides and condiments on the side.
