Blend the Base
- Combine coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Freeze
- Pour mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Seal with the lid and freeze upright for at least 24 hours until solid.
Process with Ninja Creami
- Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and install it into the Ninja Creami ice cream maker.
- Select “Ice Cream” or “Lite Ice Cream” mode.
- If texture is crumbly, press “Re-Spin” for a smoother finish.
BONUS TIP FOR A MORE PINOY TASTE:
- Substitute maple syrup with coconut sugar syrup or wild honey for a local flavor.
