CRUNCHY BANANA ICE CREAM

Prep the Base:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas, almond milk, shredded coconut, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
Freeze the Mixture:
- Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Level the top and secure the lid.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
Spin in the CREAMi:
- After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and install it into the Ninja CREAMi, the best ice cream maker for home.
- Select the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” function (depending on your model).
- Spin once. If the texture is crumbly, use the “Re-spin” option.
Add the Mix-ins:
- After spinning, create a small hole in the center of the pint and add the chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Reinstall the pint and select the “Mix-in” function to evenly distribute the chunks.
Serve and Enjoy:
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately, or refreeze for a firmer texture.
