HOME-MADE MANGO GRAHAM ICE CREAM

Make a Pinoy-inspired mango graham ice cream treat at home with this easy Ninja CREAMi recipe. Sweet, creamy, and deliciously simple.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

Blend Base: In a blender, combine mangoes, heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Freeze: Pour mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.

Process: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja CREAMi and run the Ice Cream function.

Mix-ins: After processing, add crushed graham crackers. Use the Mix-In function to fold them in.

Serve: Scoop into bowls and sprinkle extra graham crumbs on top for crunch.
