INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 inch (chunk) parmesan cheese
- 20-25 pieces of fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 tbsp pine nuts (if available)
- 1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toss all the ingredients in the Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro cup.
- Blend for 10-15 minutes until reach the desired thickness.
- Serve with hot pasta or store excess for future use.
