INGREDIENTS:
- 20 oz spinach
- 1/4 cup, finely diced white onion
- 4, minced garlic cloves
- 8 oz, softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups cheese (mixture of pecorino romano, mozzarella, and gruyere -or similar)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 400 grams of roughly chopped artichoke
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add your onions and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes.

Add your spinach and cover until wilted.

Strain the spinach to remove excess water.
- Add your sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichoke, and seasonings to your Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro.

Start your blender pro and process until everything is combined well.
- Pour into a bowl, add your cheese and nutmeg. Mix until well combined (OPTIONAL STEP: Place in a baking dish and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.)
