  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk you like)
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey (or agave/sugar, optional)
  • ½ cup cooled hibiscus tea (make ahead and chill)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Prep hibiscus tea: Brew ½ cup hibiscus tea and let it cool in the fridge.
  • Load Ninja SLUSHi: Add the frozen mango, oat milk, orange juice, pineapple juice, honey, and vanilla.
  • SLUSH: Run the Ninja SLUSHi until smooth and icy. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Serve: Pour into clear glasses. Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of hibiscus tea over each glass for a layered “sunrise” look.
  • Optional Twist: Stir in a splash of rum for a cocktail version.
