Mix Base: In a bowl, whisk together milk, cream, condensed milk, melted tablea, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Pour into Pint: Transfer mixture into Ninja CREAMi pint container. Freeze for 24 hours until solid.
Process: Place frozen pint into Ninja CREAMi, select ICE CREAM function, and process until creamy.
Add mix-ins: Add chopped chocolate pieces as mix-ins, then re-spin for even distribution.
Serve: Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy chilled.
