  • 1 cup heavy cream (full-fat, not light)
  • 2 tbsp powdered allulose (or other keto‑friendly powdered sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional, helps prevent iciness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)

Instructions

Mix the base: In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetener, xanthan gum, and vanilla until smooth.

Freeze: Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze upright for at least 24 hours.

CREAMiFY: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami, select the Ice Cream function.

Adjust texture: If too crumbly, use the Re‑Spin function until creamy.

Serve: Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature for easier scooping.
