Blend Base: In a blender, combine corn, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional): For a silkier texture, strain the mixture to remove corn pulp.
Freeze: Pour into a Ninja CREAMi pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Process: Place the frozen pint into the Ninja CREAMi and run the Ice Cream function.
Adjust: If too crumbly, use the Re-spin function until creamy.
Serve: Scoop and enjoy! Optional: sprinkle with toasted coconut or drizzle with caramel.
