Mix base: In a bowl, whisk together whole milk, heavy cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add pastillas: Fold in chopped pastillas pieces to infuse candy flavor.
Freeze: Pour mixture into Ninja CREAMi pint, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
Process: Place frozen pint into Ninja CREAMi and run the Ice Cream function.
Re-spin: If the texture is crumbly, use Re-spin for a creamier consistency.
Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy your Pastillas Ice Cream.
