Prepare the Custard Base: In a saucepan, whisk egg yolks, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt over low heat. Stir continuously until slightly thickened (do not boil).
Cool the Mixture: Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Add Caramel Swirl: Pour cooled custard into the Ninja CREAMi pint container. Drizzle with caramelized sugar syrup for a swirl effect.
Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
