INGREDIENTS:

2 medium peeled and chopped carrots

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

Pinch of salt

Β½ tsp cinnamon

ΒΌ tsp nutmeg

Β½ cup whole milk

ΒΎ cup heavy cream
- Β½ cup sweetened condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS:

Roast the carrots: Toss chopped carrots with butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Roast at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 25β30 minutes until soft and caramelized.

Make the purΓ©e: Blend the roasted carrots with the milk until smooth. Let it cool completely.

Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the carrot purΓ©e, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.
- Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninjaβ’ CREAMiβ’ ice cream maker for home pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
- Process: Insert the frozen pint into the CREAMiβ’ and select the Ice Cream function. If needed, use the Re-Spin function for a creamier texture.
